mrs. elder & mrs. hurst

Mrs. Elder and Mrs. Hurst work alongside the teacher to help improve the educational experience for the students.  Mrs. Elder and Mrs. Hurst job share the position, which means they each work an equal amount split between two weeks.  Mrs. Elder's parenting experience comes in very handy in the classroom, as well as her quick and professional nature of the "work" side of being in a classroom.  Mrs. Hurst comes with much experience also, as a retired school teacher.  Mrs. Hurst has provided me with much help and great ideas to implement into my own classroom.  1D wouldn't be the same without either of my wonderful assistants!
